The charge for non-support contract customers is £79.00 + VAT per hour.

The charge for support contract customers for non-maintenance work is £65.00 + VAT per hour.

Remote support for non-support contract customers is £21.00 + VAT per quarter hour (Customer set-up made before this feature can be used).

Travel to locations more than 20 minutes from our Derby offices will be charged at 0.45 + VAT per mile.
