Pay Per Incident

Derbyshire Technology Systems Ltd offer on-site technical support for both contract customers and on an 'Pay Per Incident' basis. Our trained and experienced engineers can resolve any issues that you may experience with your computer systems, this can include faults and problem solving and also upgrades and the installation and configuration of new equipment. With access to our own in house knowledge base as well as direct contact with manufacturers knowledge bases and product support specialists, if it can be fixed, we will fix it. Any product, any problem, DTS Ltd will always get you up and running quickly and with the minimum of disruption.

No support contract - You simply pay for our services as and when they are required on a time and materials basis.


Derbyshire Technology Systems Ltd offer a complete installation service for computer hardware, software and network equipment.
